Hello,

Whats your age? Most likely it is related to gastritis and acidity. You avoid spicy, fatty, and oily food. Also, avoid heavy meals instead have multiple small meals. Also have some walk immediately after food. Try tab pantoprazole before breakfast once a day for 2 weeks. If it persists after a week then get one ECG done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
