What Is The Cause Of Black Colored Vomit?

hi doctor...i am a very complicated gril coz i`ve got many things that disturbs me.i already did a thyroid test and it was negative.i get burning sensations in my head and shoulders most of the times and sometimes i cant bear it.even medecines didnt help.And i dont knw yet why i get this if it is an inflamation or not. I dont smoke or drink but the other i drank the cum of my bf..and after some weeks i vomitted in black colour.do u think it is because of the cum?

Hello,

Cum may not cause you problem unless he is having STD (Sexually transmitted disease) like gonorrhea or herpes or syphilis which may lead to ulcers in esophagus and mouth lead to bleeding lead to Black color stools.

Also, there is a possibility of Peptic ulcer disease which may bleed. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Please consult your gastroenterologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
