What Is The Cause Of Abdominal Cramps, Dizziness And Tiredness?

I have had very bad cramping problems for about 2 months every time before I go poop. It feels like minstrel cramps and sharp stabbing pain. What can this be a cause of? I have been getting dizzy easily the last two months, overly tired, my stomach hurts when I eat some foods, and it all seems to be triggered randomly, along with back pains.

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
Just to recapitulate- you have cramping pain like sharp stabbing, before you to poop, getting dizziness, tired and pain increases on eating something. This is more suggestive of an intestinal infection or diverticulitis or any inflammatory process, his can be due to an irritable bowel syndrome.
Get a course of an antibiotic and see the results. IF no relief, please go for investigations of blood, urine and stool in particular , both endoscopies, ultrasonography. Get a proper diagnosis by a Gastroenterologist and get properly treated .
