What Is The Cause Of A Strange Sound From My Heartbeat?
i can hear my heart beat when laying down and its a very strange sound like blood passing through, also once it felt like my lungs had fluid in them and i coughed up very small amounts of blood but hasn't happened since, the heart problem started 2 days ago after exercise

I suggest you to have immediately a visit to the ER because having blood from the lungs when coughing is an alarm sign.
