What Is The Cause For Severe Pain In My Left Abdominal Area With An Urge To Go To The Bathroom?

I had an episode yesterday of severe pain in my left abdominal area followed by an urge to go to the bathroom, I was sweaty and almost collapse. This happened to me four or five times already. Today I still feel weak.I wonder what it could be? Thank you Len
