my heart has been fluttering alot lately to the point to were my pulse rate goes really high when all i'm doing is sitting. I'm a 23 year old female and last saturday I experience some really bad pain in the chest that shot from my chest to my shoulder then to my elbow it was horrible I have extremely low calcium D levels and I was wondering if maybe that could have been the cause or Maybe a possible heart attack.
