What Is The Cause And Treatment For Severe Constipation?
My name is Donna.I have been treated for chronic constipation for about7 yrs and have had episodes of my colon thickening causing severe pain in my right side. I have not had a bowel movement in 8 days but 2 days ago I had to remove hard bloody and dark stool from my rectum with my fingers. Tonight I am in severe pain in my right side and all around my naval,chest pain,back pain, nausea and have more stool in my rectum that I can t remove this time with my fingers. I don t know what to do. What questions do I need to ask if I go to the hospital or doctor? My pain is worsening by the hour.

yes please go to your docter immediately.. you seem to have injuired your rectum.. you should have taken stool softeners.. and laxative. but first find out the reason for your problem. eat fiber rich diet and drink 4 -5 lts of water... get a ultrasound done. thank you
