What Is The Cause And Treatment For Pins And Needles In The Shoulders?

Hi For the past three weeks I have woken up in the night with pins and needles in my hands. Today I couldnt move my right shoulder as it was very sore. As the morning progressed this relieved but now I have pins and needles in my left shoulder and my tongue feels strange if not numb.

rise to the symptoms.
* Level of lesion with severity of the condition needs detail physical
examination , evaluation in form of necessary tests ranging from Nerve
conduction velocity , Electromyography ,X-ray Cervical spine , MRI as per
selection of the Consultant .
* Suggest to immediately consult expert Neurophysician before it flares up.
