Dear welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

In my opinion, you have classical migraine. Nausea with headache is a typical feature of migraine. You need to explain your symptoms, frequency, timings, severity, reliving or aggravating factors to your doctor . There is no specific cause known behind migraine. It is related to thought process, brain chemicals.

Sometimes migraine pain doesn't go by simple analgesic. You may require to take B Blockers (propranolol) along with painkillers. Meet your physician.

I hope my reply will help you. Please write to hcm OR me for more queries. I wish you good health. Kindly rate this reply. Thanks
