What Is The Cause And Treatment For Grinding Sound In The Knees?
I have these horrific grinding sounds in both of my knees whenver I bend them or espcially when i walk up stairs, the sound is unbearble to my wife. My right knee is the one that gives me the problems. It swells up for days and my range of motion is very limited during this tim.
