Iam 27 yrs married since 5 yrs having problems to concieve . Iam overweight and I have pcod tiny in size . My period was irregular but after the pcod medication it came normal , I have tried clomid treatment for 2 cycles . Then IUI once but nothing worked while my hormone levels are ok , I don t have thyroid , doctor has advised me to undergo laparoscopic ovarian drilling to check whether any blocks are there . but I feel I may have diabetics I don t have any symptoms but though I m over weight and not able to concieve I doubt about it . If suppose I have diabetes is the surgery needed or I can go with any medication
