welcome to Health care magic.

1.Its bit unclear if you have done the x-ray during the pregnancy - its contraindicated. If after the pregnancy the cause could be as follow.
2.The black appearance ( lucent area on the x-ray ) due to presence of gas.
3.Most probable black blobs what you have noticed could be presence of air in the large intestine / segmoid, rectum.
4.I would recommend to wait for the x-ray be interpreted by a radiologist.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
