I started taking Seroquel 25 mg tablets before bed for the last 3 weeks due to anxiety and not being able to sleep. I was not prescribed the medication, I was self medicating and getting the pills from a family member who is prescribed this medication and is not using it. I read online that there are many side effects and risks to taking this medicine. I want to get off of it completely, what would be the best way? can I just stop taking it, or would it be advised to tapper slowly? Please help me as I am very worried and do not want to risk any health issues as I am a healthy person with no mental issues or medical. Thank You
