my age is 39 yrs old and I got first marriage 2003 and not conceive pregnancy with that marriage and relation made seven yrs and last dec, 2014 I got re-marriage and i m facing same problem.
first period after marriage was 15 dec.2014 and second 12 jan, 2015 and third 12 feb,2015 and then 12 march, 2015 and now my down 10 days before as 31/03/2015
Pl suggest me how i get pregnant as i want to be asap

Hi,
I understand your concern, It's natural to be in a hurry to conceive.
Your ovulation study ( a series of sonographies starting from 9th day of mensestill ovulation) to assess your ovulation & your husband's semen analysis are first things to be checked. With both the things normal & no problem in making sex-
- You can try by determining your ovulation day by LH surge test - for 4-5 days from +ve surge. - This will help you & give results (provided there is no other difficulty.)
_ If no conception in 3 months/ have any fault in ovulation study or semen analysis, you should consult a gynecologist/ urologist & get fully investigated & treated to remove the fault. & then try.
- alternatively you can try IUI under expert supervision if advised by your gynac.
- Get Tripple guard test done after you conceive to exclude normality of the fetus, apart from routine pregnancy check ups.
