What Is The Best Treatment For Piles?

I am 41 year old, weight 70kg height 5 10 six months before I attacked by Piles then injection pushed into anal. there after regulerly i take hot batha and apply oinment (Procticydeal bd) to the affected area and take isabgul daily at bed time. Now an itiching is there. what is the cause ?

Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Male/41 - 5'10'' and 70 kg - suffering from 6 months with piles for which injection was given - taking sitz bath - applying proctosedyl ointment twice daily - and taking Isabgol daily - now there is an itching - wants to know the cause.
The commonest cause of itching are:
- Peri-anal excoriation of the skin due to dermatitis secondary to infection or leakage of the mucus or so.
- local skin problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- Consult and get examined by a General Surgeon to get the correct diagnosis.
You may need a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole.
Medicine for pinworms.
Stop applying anything locally as it may enhance your problems .
Once diagnosed get the proper medical or surgical treatment as may be advised by your Surgeon and you will be fine.
