What Is The Best Treatment For Multiple Honet/wasp Stings?

What is best treatment for multiple hornet/wasp stings, approximately 5/6 times to the left side of the head, several more times to the back of the knees, 7 - 8 more to the top of the feet. Not allergic to bee stings. Some swelling to the area behind the knees, and top of feet. Maybe 15 - 20 stings total. No stingers from the wasp/hornets. Out door temperature was in 75 - 80 degree range. Thanks

Hi,

If you are not allergic to wasp sting toxins..that is good. However, you might develop irritation on the bite areas.

I would suggest..

- alovera containing gel application
- antibiotic cream like fusidic acid
- antihistaminics like levocetirizine
- short tappering course of oral steroid
- if needed,oral antibiotic
- rest
- avoid soap, use Dettol liq for bath

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
