What Is The Best Option Phentermine Tablets Or B12 Injections?
I am currently taking the medicine Phentermine. I recently heard about the B12 injections. I am wondering which would be the best health wise for me? I have been on diets and I eat healthy foods and drink tons of water and I cant seem to drop the weight. I am 5 6 and nearly 250 lbs. Which is a better choice?

Phentermine should help you lose weight. B12 injections will not help you lose weight and you would only need them if your B12 level is low. Good luck with your weight loss.
