Hello, thanks for writing in to HCM.
There are many causes apart from pregnancy for periods to be delayed.
Do not worry, just take a home pregnancy test first, to see if you have conceived.
If it is negative, get a pelvic ultrasound and few blood tests for checking hormonal imbalance eg. thyroid etc.
A gynecologist will be able to write a prescription for you based on the cause of irregularity of menstrual cycle. Also you must take advice to switch to a safe effective birth control measure such as oral contraceptive pills/injectables/Copper-T.
Hope this is helpful. Write in again if you have any questions.
Take care.
