hi sir my semen analyses shows result volume 3.0ml colour greyish white viscosity non-viscouse (li.upon receipt) liquefaction 00min odour seminal reaction alkaline sperm count 0mil.ml abonormel form o h..p.f pus cells 25-30 h.p.f r.b.c 18-20 h.p.f spermatogenic cells (active selgish dead) plz help me me so woried
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the report of semen analysis that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Azospermia meaning there by that your semen semen does not contain sperm at all.
Presence of puss cells and RBC strongly suggest infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and get following basic tests done . 1) Routine urine and urine culture . 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen 3) Semen culture .
You need to take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report for 6-8 weeks ..
