What Is My Urinalysis Report Suggestive Of?

I had a urinalysis and it showed on microscopic 0-1/HPF Red blood cells and 0-3 HPF Epithelial cells. I also have a PSA of 4.38 (2015) and 5.2 (2016. My doctor has referred me to a Urologist and I am scheduled for a Prostate biopsy. My DRE showed an BPH and both doctors did not feel any ridges or bumps. Can you describe the relationship of the urinalysis as it related to the PSA?

report are marmoreal. can take tamcortin one tablet daily which will control the growth and facilitate easy voiding. ultrasound prostate can be done and repeat psa. if it increases then can go for biopsy. can consult urologist and take his views.
