The term retained products of conception (RPOC) refers to placental and/or fetal tissue that remains in the uterus after a miscarriage, planned medical termination of pregnancy, or preterm/term delivery and the presence of RPOC after a miscarriage distinguishes an incomplete from a complete miscarriage.
I advise you to consult your treating gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment which may include dilatation and curettage for complete and effective termination of pregnancy.
Hope this answers your query.

What Is My Test Report Suggestive Of?
Hi & Welcome. I have gone through the history and the histopathology report. You seem to have incomplete miscarriage or abortion.
