General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sugar is fine, cholesterol is well enough though maybe better reduced a little more.

The TMT test indicates there is probably narrowing in your heart vessel, the narrowing is not much, to cause you chest pain at rest, but do cause reduced supply to your heart during exercise.

I understand you should follow with an angiography, to make it very clear.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
