I did a TMT last week. I am 43 yrs old, Indian male. 178 cm tall, weigh 78 kgs. Fast Sugar - value 9gesti8 mg/dl Post Prandial Blood Sugar - 102 mg/dl Uric Acid - 7.14 mg/dl Cholesterol - 148 mg/dl Serum Triglyceride - 168 mg/dl HDL - 24 mg/dl LDL - 100 mg/dl VLDL Cholesterol - 24 mg/dl Chol: HDL Ratio 6.20 TMT Exercise The patient exercised according to BRUCE for 9:24 mins; achieving a work level of Max METS:10.60. The resting heart rate of 88 bpm rose to a maximal heart rate of 181 bpm. This value represents 101% of the maximal, age predicted heart rate. The resting blood pressure of 120/80 mmHg, rose to a maximum blook pressure of 150/80 mmHg. The exercise test was stopped due to Target heart rate achieved. Conclusions: Good effort tolerance, normal HR and BP Response Baseline ECG shows Mild ST T Changes in inferolateral leads which reverted to ST depression during exercise and recovery. No Angina/Arrhythmias Impression: Stress test positive for inducible ischaemia Post TMT - 5 minutes into recovery, developed a sudden collapse, no arrhythmia, no ST-T changes, BP 80/60, settled with IV fluids. Subsequent BP 140/80. Recovered within few minutes.
