What Is My Chest And Abdominal CT Scan Report Suggestive Of?

Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with TB a week back basis my Chest & abdominal CT scan report. The report observations are as follows (1) pericardial effusion (2) minimal nodular infiltrates are seen in right middle lobes of lungs (iii) Mild hepatomegaly with subcentimetric mesentric lymph nodes (iv) liver is mildely enlarged & in addition in blood test ESR is 40 & i have lost a lot of weight (approx4kgs in 2-3 months without trying, weight at present is 41kg) but on contrary TB gold test has come out to be negative . please advice do i need to get further tests for TB cofirmation & or above symptoms are clear indication of TB? Though my doctor has started the TB medication& medicines are as follows : (1) Pan-D(early morning empty stomach) , then Forecox 2 tab ealry morning empty stomach (2) Wysolone 20 & New livfit (twice a day after meals) (3) Benadone 40 (half tablet ) & becozinc -g capsule -afternoon I have started the medication --intial 2 days are fine but on 3rd day i am feeling palpitation after having afternoon dose .. pl. suggest if dosage/medicatio is correct ?

You should get your sputum and bronchial fluid checked directly for the bacterium of TB it is the most conclusive test.
