Pitutary gland is a important gland in your body present in brain and situated in a Place called as Sella turcica. Partially Empty Sella on MRI means that the gland is flattened or shrinked. There are various reasons for that including bulging of brain covering inside, tumor, radiation, surgery ect The symptoms may also vary from impotence, decreased libido, irregular menstruation, fatigue, low energy, nipple discharge ect. Now the main step is completed as diagnosis is established in your case. The physicians will further do some Blood tests to determine the hormone levels in your blood.
