Hello,

1. For kidney stone of this size, you need to undergo surgery.
2. For ureteric stone, you need to go for flush therapy which means doctors will put a saline drip to you on a slow drop rate which will further help you in passing urine with great pressure and thus causing the release of the stone from ureters.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
