85 to white female presenting with mild hand tremors, with progressive memory deterioration. CT Scan shows areas of decreased attenuation within the white matter of the supratentorial brain, consistent with microvascular disease changes. Impression: chronic involutional changes of the brain. Would you please translate.

These are related changes and progresses as age advances. Unfortunately, we can not revert the changes already developed.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Drugs like donepezil can arrest the progress.
