What Is Meant By Elevated Liver Enzymes In Toddlers?

My daughter is 8 months old. She only weighs 15lbs and recently we had her blood drawn to find out if there may be a problem. All of her liver enzymes are elevated, her WBC's are double the normal amount and she is dehydrated..We have to get an unltrasound on the liver and several other blood tests..

Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Your reports suggestive of acute infective etiology most probably along with heaptic involvement. Your further test required in form of blood culture, USG abdomen scan and peripheral smear examination. According to reports further management plan decided. Kindly attach your reports to check it. I suggest you to consult pediatrician for examination.

Hope I have solved your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
