What Is Enterococcus Faecalis As Shown In Urinalysis?
My husband is 87 years old and is a stroke victim. I am his 24/7 care taker. We just received urinalysis results that indicate organism EFAEC and greater than 100,000 col/ml Enterococcus faecalis. Enterococcus F. is kind of Bacteria generally develop in GI tract, and some time in urinary tract also but it rarely happens to male patient, if the load of this organism is very high then the underlying cause has to be found out, the culture sensitivity is highly indicative to eradicate the bacteria have nice day.
