i starrted to take a variety of vitamins/minerals and antioxidants recently, however at the same time I have been on antibiotic for a chronic long term tooth infection. (Had it removed this week). Also taking pro-biotics, I might add. A week ago, I started to get these intensely itchy tiny bumps on my skin, appearing only on my upper arms/shoulders. They bleed when I itch and reek of iron. The itch often is so intense that it feels like I am being poked with a needle, and nothing helps the itch. This happen worst in the morning and night, when I generally take my my new vitamin/mineral and antioxidants. Could this be caused by my body detoxing from the use of all the supplements, or is it more likely caused by my tooth infection, or perhaps there is another cause...? I doubt we have bugs as my husband is not affected with these and we sleep in the same bed.
