What is causing swelling in both my eyes? I have allergies, COPD. In 2010 I went to an ear, nose and throat Doctor and he performed a sinuplasti surgery in his office, due to a bad infection. He said the swelling should have down a few months later. I saw him a year later and told him that the swelling never went down. I was taking allergy shots for 3 1/2 years and that didn t work either. I went to see an eye specialist and he referred me to another Doctor that s a specialist on the eye and thyroid. This Doctor suggested plastic surgery on my eyes and that was it. At night when iam sleeping I get regular headaches and si sinus pressure. I wake up choking and coughing and feel like I jump into a pool and my nose is running badly. When I am around fans my eyes burn and tear profusely. They also tear a lot on windy days. On cloudy days my eyes swell and I get sinus pressure. Please help me. Ivette
