General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the premenstrual condition, or pregnancy, or gastric irritation.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have urine pregnancy test, and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and diclofenac.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
