What Is Causing Noise In Stomach?

last saturday i came back home after my heart surgery 4 artries bipasss, i am having lot of noises in my stomach like water is gushing from one place to another, 2nd thing bowl movement is just like green water , although i have 2 pieces of bread after 5 days, so pls let me know ,
