What Is Causing Nausea, Diarrhea With Sulphury Burps And Raised Patches On Skin?

my son has been sick with nausea and diarrhea.He also complained of sulphur-y burps. this morning he he woke up with large raised patches on his skin- on his back, and arms. there are a vew areas that have redness- but mostly the patches just look slightly swollen

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your son and understood your concerns.
Nausea, diarrhea, sickness, sulphury burps, large raised patches on skin of back, arms indicate severe intestinal infection along with septicemia and bacterimia.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take your son to the ER or nearby hospital immediately to check for vitals, clinical evaluation, admission for proper treatment with intravenous fluids and antibiotics and the following investigations:
Blood: CBC, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of stool and urine.
Proper management as advised. Do not treat at home.
Maintain hydration and electrolyte balance as advised by your Doctor.
Boiled and cooled water.
Home-made fresh foods and beverages.
