Fatigue is a nonspecific symptom that occurs in a variety of conditions. You need to have a workup including an exam and blood tests to see what it could be. You might be anemic, developing a collagen vascular disease such as lupus or polymyositis (muscle inflammation), have some kind of chronic infection or persistent virus, or many other things. There is also a condition called chronic fatigue syndrome that causes very severe fatigue. Fibromyalgia is another chronic condition that causes both fatigue and body aches. The treatment for each condition is different. So it is important to see your doctor to figure out the cause. Then you can get on the correct therapy. Hope this helps.
