What Is Causing Dizziness In My Head?
I was sitting at my desk at work and all of a sudden I got this flushing sensation an tingling from head to toe with dizziness. I did have breakfast and my sugar and EKG was fine. The flushing sensation lasted for awhile. I felt nausea and had a pinching feeling in my chest.

A headache can be of many reasons. The most common being migraine. Other causes can be cluster headaches, stress headaches etcetera. If headaches are too frequent need to go to a general practitioner for history and examination to come to a diagnosis. Usually, no preliminary scans are required. Graded analgesia was given for treatment and is easily control. Lifestyle modification is also advising like decreasing tea or coffee or alcohol and smoking whichever can be triggering factors.
