What Is Biliary Cholelithiasis?

Hi I have had recent endoscopy and found gastritis and Barrett's syndrome post cholecystectomy.RX: 40 mg omeprazole 2X/ day and dietary restrictions. Dr said a lot of bile in stomach causing gastritis.
Still having significant pain, heartburn and diarrhea. Has become severe esp after drinking any fluids. Also I can feel liquid first bloating sensation then feel sensation of liquid spreading. This seems new. First 3 hours in morning feels like someone stabbed me from inside and wound is swollen and painful. No other way to describe it.Will see Dr this week. Ultrasound showed nothing before endoscopy 1 month ago but would Ct Scan rule out other issues? Please any recommendations on how to proceed? All blood tests taken late October did not show other problems.
My gallbladder removal presented with 212 stones, 3 weeks later removed 213th stone from common bile duct in ERCP. What is biliary cholelithiasis? Any thoughts on questions I should ask? I will be making appt with new gastroenterologist this week

Dear patient,
Please undergo an urgent abdominal CT Scan as the scenario you say my be related to a leaking operation site.
Biliary cholelithiasis is the formation of cholesterol stones in stagnant bile in gall bladder. After endoscopy the bile duct is gone, so the bile goes to stomach by reflux and causes gastritis, as your doctor tells you. The drugs you are taking for that are fine but the pain and swelling with spilling senstion certainly warrant an urgent investigation and visit to the surgeon.
