What is difference between asa and tylenol? What is actamininophen? What two canNot be mixed?

Taking for neck and shoulder pain. Have arthritis in vertibrae in neck but pain in shoulder muscle and a deep burning pain every so often. Should i seek a shot of something in muscle on top of shoulder. Just near my bra strap on shoulder and going to left side of upper spine. Thank you
