What Is Abdominal Pain Radiating To The Back Suggestive Of?

I had some abdominal pains in my stomach and shooting to my back. I am not hurting right now. I feel so much better. But I am afraid to move because I feel they may come back. What do you think causes the pain and will they come back? I want to know is it ok to move around? Q

Abdominal pain radiating to the back could be due to the presence of stones in the kidneys.
Kindly get an abdominal scan done along with urine routine examination.
Consult Urologist with the reports promptly for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
