What Is A Small Black Mole Inside The Mouth Suggestive Of?

I have very small black mole inside my mouth today. I saw that today morning while brushing my teeth. Yesterday night there is not anything inside my mouth. But accidentally I cut that place yesterday through my teeth. What is that? I also use tobacco.

As per your complain a mole on the inner cheek can be a non cancerous lesion known as Melanocytic Nevi that is made of nevus cells which a a kind of Melanin producing cells..

But for confirmation consult an Oral Physician/Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Biopsy can be done for diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case of mole you generally do not need treatment and if you want to get it removed surgical removal can be done..
Lazers can be used for removing the same...
