What Is A Lump Under The Skin In Breast Post Injury Suggestive Of?
I am 26 years old and was recently in a car accident which left some bruising on my right breast. I do monthly checks for lumps and after the accident I noticed a fairly large lump underneath my skin, where he bruise is nearly faded. I went to the hospital after the accident and had a chest x-ray, everything was fine, but now I am a bit concerned about the lump, which wasn t there before. Is it possible for the breast tissue to become inflamed and bruised due to an accident? Is it something to worry about? And how long does it take to go away?

It could be a hematoma due to the collection of blood underneath the skin. You can go for an ultrasound scan to make a diagnosis.
