What Is A Low Flow TIA ? I Believe Symptoms

What is a low flow TIA ? I believe symptoms I had 2 months ago are similar to a TIA. Numbness, severe dizziness, unable to walk straight, severe migraine type headache. Beginning at age 15 I had very bad migraines that caused numbness on left side of face, speech slurred, tunnel vision, excrutiating headache with nausea. I had CT scans, no stroke indication. Doctor watched very closely. After an ASD repair at age 40, the migraines almost completely disappeared. I have one occasionally with tunnel vision but no numbness. 2 months ago at work I had symptoms similar to a TIA. I worked as a medical secretary for years, that is why I am familiar with medical terminology. Thank you
