HI , I HAVE A BOIL ON MY UPPER KNEE AREA.STARTED ABOUT 2 DAYS AGO.MAYBE FROM A HAIR FOLICAL. IT,S WHITE SOFT SKIN. SOME DRAINAGE.STARTING TO TURN RED. I VE BEEN PUTTING HOT WATER ON IT ,AND RUBBING ALC. AND PROROX. ON IT. ANY OVER THE COUNTER ANTIBIOIC I CAN TAKE FOR INFECTION.

From your description you have kind of skin infection. Can be due to shaving or ingrown hair. As it probably contains some pus, should be drained by incision.
Antibiotic is usually not necessary. Washing it with water and soap is usually enough.
You should consult a general surgeon with it.
