What Is A Hard, Painful Bruise On The Leg Post An Injury Suggestive Of?

I have a bruise that is pretty big. It is hard and warm in the middle of it. Has burning sensations at times along with pain. Have not been to the dr. I had a swing to fall on my leg..just didn t want to develop a blood clot. Thanks for any advice...

Hello,

Sometimes it takes time for the bruise to settle. Apply cold fomentation for initial 48 hours and then hot fomentation. It will vanish.
