What Is Mercer - There Are Hurting Bumps Under The Boobs Where Layers Of Skin Keeps Loosing?

HI i'm looking to find out what is Mercer?my neice has these bumps under her left boobi and they hurt bad and they had like a pin size hole on them she has 3 of them.she's been to doctors but it seems like non of them can help her/she says she loses layer's of skin do to what is growing under her boobi.

Hi,

Your neice may be having sebaceous cysts in area under left breast. These cysts are benign. They contain cheesy material. They might be infected with bacteria. And that is why they must be removed surgically under local anaesthesia. It is a minor surgical procedure done in OPD. So, you consult dermatologist or surgeon.
