What Has Caused Stomach Ache And Diarrhea For My Granddaughter?

My grandaughter is almost ^ yrs old she complained of a belly ache early in the day 9am. She now has diarrhea that she s not controlling. My daughter has already changed her underware twice. It comes on so fast she doesn t have time to get to the bathroom

Apparently you haven't provided the patients age correctly. However it seems like she's suffering from acute gastroenteritis. She needs to take plenty of oral fluids to avoid dehydration.
Fluids rich in electrolytes such as tender coconut are more preferred than normal drinking water.
Probiotics such as Yoghurt should be added to the diet.

I can't recommend antibiotics right now since you haven't mentioned the age. I advise you to follow the treatment given below for now
T. Sporolac 1-0-1 for three days
T. Eldopar 1-0-1 for three days
ORS powder two packets daily.
