General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a general practitioner and get the fragment removed. Nothing much to worry and you can get it removed under local anesthesia.
If left intact, it might act as a focus of infection and lead to unwanted complications.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
