Sir, since seven years i am using thyronome 100mg. Every 6 month i took blood test and since 6 years the results are found normel. sir first of all i want to know what type of foods i have to avoid. and any alternate treatment can propose in homeopath/aurvadic to get perment cure to escape from lifelong medicine treatment. pls. asswer to my e-mail. krishnan kuwait e-mail YYYY@YYYY

Hi Krishnan! It is nice to know that your thyroid problem is under control for the last 6 years with replacement of the thyroxine hormone. Whenever my patient asks me a question similar to yours, my answer is this:
You have a deficiency of thyroid hormone in your body as your thyroid gland does not make the required hormone. You are lucky that the deficit can be easily corrected by taking a simple pill. Consider that pill as your food. As your body does not make food, you take food life long. Ditto for the thyroid problem. There are no side effects if the levels are carefully monitored like you do. So, carry on doing the same! I hope, I have answered your question.
