Hi doctor gud morning,my name Ravi working night shift continue past 7 year .N8 3 hour vil sleep and day offer day work 2 hour sleep,vil doing double duty,last 10 days back get small accident,now am in rest but there s no sleep so can u plz tel me I took alcrax0.25 mg tablets just 1week how much can I take at once for good sleep plz my age 35

You can continue 25 Mg dose of alprazolam. You can also go for alternatives like Zolpidem (Zolefresh) which has got fewer side effects and better tolerated.
