My son woke up this morning and said his butt was sore and in great pain so he got a shower and I went to look for a pimple or something but yellow discharge came from his butt .dont know what to do ? I have no medical insurance .cause if something bad I will take him to er

As you describe, it appears to be the boil, in the but area, which would have burst into the rectum, and there is a discharge of the yellow pus through the rectum.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, mefenamic acid.
