What Does White Tissue Like Discharge From Vagina Indicate?

Hey doc I realized two days ago that I ve got some white tissue like discharge inside my vagina. It hurts when I touch it and my vagina feels swollen. When I urinate it burns and the white substances run out in a watery manner. Could you please tell me what is this?

2.     Fluconazole 150 mg weekly per oral for 4 weeks – total 4 doses
3.     Metronidazole 500 mg orally twice daily for seven days
4.     Metronidazole gel 0.75%, one full applicator (5 g) intravaginally twice daily for 5 days
5.     Ibuprofen 400 mg per oral every 8 hours after meal for 3 days
